UNDATED (AP) - When the NBA returns tonight, some of its best actors may not. The league has put out the word that it will no longer tolerate players who act like they have been hit by a truck when they get a slight tap from an opponent. The NBA is out with a new set of rules that will try to stop floppers from messing up the game. Officials will review game tapes and warn players who they see trying to fake contact to draw a foul. Second offenders will be fined $5,000 and players who are caught flopping five times will be docked $30,000.
