NEW INFORMATION: Both Sims & Hanif face charges

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has just issued arrest warrants for Monique Lynch and Hanif Sims for Child Abuse Resulting in Death. Earlier in the day, just Lynch was to be charged.
A Sheriff's spokesperson says both will be held on a bond of $500,000.
