New grass saves money at Desert Hawk Golf Course

If you've wondered about the dead grass at Desert Hawk Golf Course in Pueblo West, they are killing the Bluegrass in the out-of-play areas and reseeding with a fescue grass that will save them thousands in water and maintenance expenses. More than 30 acres so far and the savings is substantial.
