New crash on Woodmen under I-25. All lanes on I-25 now open

It's been a tough commute for some drivers this morning.
An earlier crash on I-25 near Cimmaron had lanes blocked in both directions. That accident has been cleared up.
A new crash on Woodmen under I-25 has WB lanes blocked.
Avoid this area if you can on your way to work.
