Murder victim found, believed to be missing Springs man

A body found dumped off Gold Camp Road in Teller County, 15 miles east of Victor, is believed to be a Colorado Springs man missing since last month.
El Paso County, Teller County and Colorado Springs law officers all contributed to the investigation that led them to the body.
The victim is believed to be Levi Ortivez, 42. Steven Henson, 34, has been arrested for second degree murder.
An autopsy is pending.
