UPDATE: Wild murder indictment handed down in Colorado Springs

31 count grand jury indictment claims a Colorado Springs man killed his ex wife's lover.

The indictment states Bruce Nozolino "shot and killed Richard Schreiner while he was shoveling snow outside his home.  Mr. Schreiner died of a single gun shot wound to the chest. Mr. Schreiner was the man Ms. Nozolino had an affair with that cause the divorce."

The indictment also alleges Nozolino shot into the home of his wife's divorce attorney John Ciccolella back in 2001.  Ciccolella and his wife and son were inside the home at the time.

The in 2002 Nozolino allegedly shot through Ciccolella's law office window, hitting Ciccolella in the head.  He survived, but is now blind in one eye.

Nozolino's also accused of trying to kill the judge presiding over his divorce, Gilbert Martinez. The indictment claims Nozolino shot into Martinez's home while Martinez and his family were inside.

4th Judicial District DA Dan May and Colorado Springs Police Chief Richard Myers announced the charges at a nmews conference this afternoon.  They say it's a collaberation involving the FBI, DA's Office, CSPD and El Paso County Sheriff's office.

A Colorado Springs man so enraged by his divorce that he allegedly tried to kill the judge presiding over his divorce, the attorney representing his wife, and years later gunned down the man who was allegedly having an affair with his wife-- has been indicted by a Grand Jury.

Bruce Nozolino was arrested Thursday on charges of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder with extreme indifference, attempted first-degree murder and a crime of violence.

He's accused of killing Richard Schreiner on Nov. 30, 2008. Schreiner was murdered while shoveling snow in his front yard on Amberly Dr. Schreiner allegedly had an affair with Nozolino's wife.

His wife's attorney, John Ciccolella, was shot in 2002. The wound left him blind in one eye.

Nozolino also allegedly fired a gun into the home of Judge Gilbert Martinez in October of 2001. Martinez presided over the divorce.

The Colorado Springs Police Department and the District Attorney's Office held a news conference at 12:30 outlining the indictment.

Nozolino will be advised of his rights in his first court appearance at 1:30.
