UPDATE: Multiple injuries being reported from accident at I-25 and S Academy Blvd

As previously reported, emergency crews from Stratmore Hills FD , PPCC Police and Colorado State Patrol are on the scene of a two car accident at the north bound on ramp to I-25. Crews on scene are reporting multiple injuries with the extent of those injuries unknown at this time. NewsFirst5 has a crew on scene now.
Colorado State Patrol is reporting that two vehicles in opposing lanes were attempting to enter the NB on ramp to I-25 when the collided. CSP says that in all 6 patients were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. One of the transpored was a toddler. CSp also states that the driver of one vehicle will be ticketed for running a stop light.
