Mountain conditions great for sking, but not for driving

Good news for skiers, but a nightmare for drivers.

While areas here along the Front Range will be measuring the snow in inches, the mountains will be measuring it in feet.

Almost all the mountain passes are seeing treacherous driving conditions with chain laws in effect.

Highway 160 over Wolf Creek Pass is closed and Highway 6 over Loveland Pass was closed for much of the morning, but has since reopened.
