Starting tomorrow, November 16, at 7 p.m. Drennan Road west of Academy Boulevard will be closed to all truck traffic. The ban on truck traffic will be in effect for five months.
This will allow work crews to build overhead bridge supports for the new Proby Parkway. All truck traffic will be detoured to Hancock and Astrozon.
At the same time concrete barriers will be installed, reducing the road width to nine and a half feet in each direction.
