More job loss in Walsenburg

Here's what I'm working on today. A private prison in Walsenburg is closing its doors, resulting in layoffs for up to 188 people. The city's unemployment rate is 10.2%--Now it's expected to climb higher. How is the city dealing with the job loss? I'm trying to set up an interview with Walsenburg's City Administrator Alan Hein.
