More details come out in sex assault at local mall

We are getting more details on the arrest of a Colorado Springs man for allegedly sexually assaulting a child.
Colorado Springs Police say that 27-year old Michael Hunter was arrested Wednesday after investigators say he assaulted the girl in a store at the Chapel Hills Mall in September.
Hunter allegedly touched a 12-year old girl's behind at a pet store. According to the law, a Sexual Assault on a Child occurs if there is a 4 year age difference between the victim and suspect. In this case the victim was 12 and the suspect was 27 and so touching of the buttocks is a sexual assault.
Hunter was booked into the Criminal Justice Center for the a felony charge of Sexual Assault on a Child.
