Monument murder suspect due in court today

The teen accused of gunning down a Big O Tire employee in Monument Monday is due to make his first appearance before a judge Tuesday afternoon.
Logan McClelland, 18, is being held on charges including first degree murder.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office say McClelland and his father were arguing with the employee, against whom a complaint had been filed previously.
The victim's name has not been released.
