Moammar Gadhafi's claiming victory in clashes with rebels

BENGHAZI, Libya (AP) - Forces supportive of embattled Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi's have swept rebels from one of their final strongholds. But the insurgents claim they moved back in after nightfall. The opposition has seen a series of reversals lately in the battle for control of the main coastal highway.
