Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is focusing on Colorado during the last few days of the campaign. Thousands of supporters turned out to hear Romney and his wife Ann at the Colorado Springs airport this afternoon. Ann Romney spoke to the crowd first thanking everyone in Colorado and across the nation for showing their support during the campaign. Mitt Romney then took the podium talking about his accomplishments in business and as the governor of Massachusetts, saying that he would use those experiences to lead America. News 5 had a crew at the Colorado Springs event and will have a complete report coming up at 10 p.m.
Following that stop the Romney's traveled to Englewood for a huge rally at the Comfort Dental Amphitheatre, also known as Fiddler's Green. Close to 17,000 people are estimated to have shown up for the event.
