Colorado Springs Police are looking to the public to try to identify and find a missing man. On June 6, a witness reported to police that a man was severely beaten at the Copper Chase Apartment complex on Southgate Road.

The witness worked with police to create a composite sketch of the victim. He's Hispanic, 27 or 28 years old, about six feet tall, 160 pounds, with short black slicked-back hair, with a thin mustache and small beard.

Police say they are worried about the safety of the man and the injuries he received during the assault. The witness and detectives have not been able to figure out who this man is, so they're looking to the public for help.

Call Colorado Springs Police at 719-444-7000 or Detective Donald Chagnon at 719-444-7821 with any information.
