TODAY: Hello February! New month will begin with temps a touch warmer than the last day of January and unfortunately dry skies. (We REALLY need moisture!) Highs this afternoon will reach 48 for Colorado Springs
TONIGHT: Starry skies again overnight with cold temps. About round 22 in the Springs and in Falcon...mid 20's in Canon City to a brisk 14 in Pueblo!
SATURDAY-SUNDAY: ‘Super' weather expected for this weekend! Make plans to spend plenty time outside as we expect temps to warm a bit both days with skies staying abundantly sunny. Lower to middle 50's in the Springs and even warmer in Pueblo and Canon City...mid 50's to near 60 by Sunday. Don't forget that tomorrow is Groundhog Day!
MONDAY-WEDNESDAY: Even warmer temps expected to start the week and skies will be staying dry. Highs Monday will be close to highs on Sunday with mostly sunny skies...but by Tuesday and Wednesday it will be near 60 in Colorado Springs and in the lower 60's in Pueblo, Canon City, Trinidad and La Junta! Conditions across the mountains will be staying dry through Tuesday, but by later Wednesday a weak storm & cool front will bring a few light snow showers back to the high country.
THURSDAY: At least 10 degrees cooler locally this day thanks to the weak storm and associated cold front. Skies will be mostly sunny with more dry weather and highs at 51 for Colorado Springs and 54 Pueblo.
Have a great weekend!
