Middle school boy accused of murder could be tried as an adult

A Colorado Springs middle school boy accused of killing his 9 year-old brother could be tried as an adult.
The District Attorney's Office wants to prosecute Daniel Gudino,14, as an adult, and a hearing on the issue was set for May 3rd.
The shooting happened last May at the family's home on Chapel Hills Drive. Gudino has been in jail since the shooting death of his brother, Ulysses.
Authorities also say Gudino attacked and injured his mother.
