Mental health walkaway is back in custody

A walk away from the Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo is back in custody.

We're told Donald Jensen is being held in the Pueblo County Jail. He walked away from the health facility July 18. Health officials are not disclosing the details at this time.

Jensen was committed to the institute in November 2004 after he was found not guilty of second-degree assault by reason of insanity.
