Memorial Hospital warns of scam

A fake letter with the Memorial Health System's logo is under investigation by police as a possible scam.
The letter claims personal information provided to Memorial may have been stolen, and it urges people to call a Miami-based phone number. Memorial reports there has been no theft or loss of personal information.
At least one local resident has received the letter and police believe there may be more. Anyone who has received the letter is asked to call the Colorado Springs Police Department.
