Cody Canfield of McClave High School is the latest Loaf 'n Jug Aquafina Athlete of the Week.

On Saturday night, Canfield led McClave to victory over Shining Mountain in Broomfield for the 1A boys basketball state title.

Cody was the go-to guy. The 6'6" post player had 73 points in McClave's three state playoff games and was named tournament MVP.

"It's amazing," said Cody. "It's the greatest feeling I've had in my entire life. I've never felt anything like this. It's awesome. They threw me the ball. If wasn't all me. They made it easy for me. It's not hard to make layups."

The 18-year old senior is a humble guy. He also plays on the football and baseball teams. After he graduates, he may play basketball in college, or he could join the Navy or Marines.
