Colorado Springs Mayor Steve Bach will deliver his first State of the City address at 1 p.m.
Bach is the first "strong mayor" of Colorado Springs after a change in government was approved by the voters last year.
The address can be viewed on 5-2, Cable Channel 9 in Colorado Springs of 247 in Pueblo and on www.newsfirst5.com.
