Colorado Springs Police are investigating a home invasion robbery that happened early Wednesday morning. The stolen property? Marijuana plants.
The call came in just before 5 a.m. from the 2300 block of Lexington Village Lane. The homeowners grow marijuana and have a growers permit. They reported three men entered the home wearing orange masks and black jackets. The police report indicates those who live there were assaulted, shocked with a stun gun and menaced with a pistol. The suspects took the marijuana plants and left.
No suspects have yet been arrested.
