A change in Decision 2012 results in El Paso County; Amendment 64 - legalizing marijuana for people 21-years-old and older - ended up passing in the county by 10 votes.

After election night it looked like Amendment 64 was losing in El Paso County by more than 3,000 votes in unofficial results.

15,953 ballots have been counted since Election Day - 9,741 provisional ballots and the rest military and mail-in; 13,990 of those voters said "yes" to A-64.

The final count according to El Paso County Clerk and Recorder Wayne Williams is 141,698 saying "yes", 141,686 saying "no."

No need for a recount though; A-64 had a wider margin of victory at the state level.
