Manitou Springs businesses battle over noise

It's hard to make chainsaw art without making noise. But one man's art is another man's nuisance.
Artist Bill Fee creates sculptures at Nature of Things Chainsaw Art in Manitou Springs. Fee says his neighbor across the street complains about the noise. The artist says the city has now demanded that he ratchet-back his noise to the point that ambient traffic is louder than his chainsaw.
The neighbor has not commented.
