Man who ran pot dispensary arrested

A man who Thornton police say was running an illegal medical marijuana dispensary has been arrested. Thornton police say officers arrested 39-year-old Donald William Faltermeier Thursday afternoon after finding more than 3 pounds of marijuana and edible marijuana products at his business. Thornton police say it is illegal to operate medical marijuana dispensaries.
Police say officers also arrested a man who was delivering marijuana to the business while police were conducting a search of the dispensary. Police say the man had almost 6 ounces of marijuana
with him.
Police say the North Metro Drug Task Force is continuing to investigate.
