Man who crashed into riverwalk must retake driving test

Pueblo Police ticketed a 74-year old man who drove his car into the Riverwalk near Main and Grand on Tuesday.
Daniel Puente was cited with careless driving and must also retake a physical and written driving test.
Police say it appears Puente hit the gas pedal, instead of the brakes. Originally he told officers his brakes failed - and he drove off the road to avoid a crash.
No one was injured.
