Man sought for kidnapping and other charges

On Saturday evening at 11:40 p.m.in Colorado Springs, the Gold Hill Division officers responded to a house in the 1500 block of East Caramillo Street concerning a reported domestic disturbance.

An adult female at the house reported that her ex-boyfriend, Jeremy Simmons, kicked in the back door and had assaulted her current boyfriend, Eric Felix. She said Simmons ordered Felix to leave the house with him, and she had not seen either man since.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Section responded to assist with the investigation, and early Sunday evening located Eric Felix in Colorado Springs, unharmed. 

Dectectives are still looking for Jeremy Simmons. They have obtained a felony arrest warrant for Jeremy Simmons on charges of Kidnapping, Burglary and Criminal Mischief.

Jeremy Simmons is a 30-year-old, white male, 5'9", 208 lbs., with a shaved head and brown eyes. He has the tattoo "Daddy" on the right side of his neck in cursive writing.

The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking anyone with information as the whereabouts of Jeremy Simmons or about this incident, to contact Colorado Springs Police Department.
