Man sentenced in Ponzi scheme

The El Paso County District Attorney's office announced that Delroy Henry was sentenced this morning to the maximum sentence of 12 years in prison for several counts of Securities Fraud. Henry, a former Sgt. in the Army, served as a financial adviser to soldiers. He stole over $700,000 in a Ponzi scheme involving 96 victims.
Henry apparently spent the money he received from soldiers on a Jaguar, Land Rover, vacations, shopping sprees and an oil well.
