Man killed at apartment complex

Police are on the scene of a homicide near Maizeland and Academy.
Details are still sketchy, but the first call came as a burglary at the Park Ridge Apartments in the 26-hundred block of Serendipity.
When police got there, they found a man dead.
The entire apartment complex is taped off right now, so no one is being allowed in. Residents may leave, but are being questioned. Police aren't saying how the man was killed, at this time
A possible suspect is in custody at this time.
The victim is believed to be in his 30's.
