Man dies of heart attack while fishing

The Park County coroner says a fisherman visiting from New Jersey suffered a heart attack and fell into the South Platte River Friday.

Sixty-five-year-old Robert Chilstrom's body was recovered about 100 yards downstream in the Eleven Mile Canyon. Coroner David Kintz Jr. told The Gazette that Chilstrom's friends were too far away and didn't see him hit the water.

Kintz said the heart attack caused Chilstrom's death.

He was described as a New Jersey native on a fishing trip, but his hometown wasn't immediately available.
