El Paso Sheriff's officials are investigating what is being called an accident death in eastern El Paso County.

Deputies responded to a call at 7:40 a.m. at 36,000 Corona Road about a trapped person and found a 73-year-old man who appeared to be trapped between a trailer and a vehicle. He was not responsive, and medical personnel determined the man was obviously deceased.

The investigation revealed the victim was attempting to load a vehicle onto a trailer when he became pinned between the trailer and the vehicle. He was found by his neighbor, who became concerned when she could not reach him by phone for the last day.

There were no signs of foul play, and the El Paso County Coroner's Office responded and removed the victim. An autopsy will be performed and positive identification will be confirmed at that time.
