Man convicted of sexual assault on a child arrested

A Colorado Springs man who walked out of court Tuesday as a jury was deliberating his fate has been arrested. Theodore "Theo" William Griffin III was free on bond when he left the court before the jury found him guilty of three counts of Sexual Assault on a Child.
The Colorado Springs Police Department says they were conducting surveillance at an address frequented by Griffin, when they saw a vehicle leave the area. Police pulled the vehicle over, and they say Griffin was one of the people inside. He was arrested without incident.
