BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - A Colorado man suspected of hiding in the tank of a portable toilet is also accused of spying on women in bathrooms at several Boulder businesses.

Boulder police spokeswoman Kim Kobel said Monday that 30-year-old Luke Ivan Chrisco faces four charges of burglary. Police say they found peepholes in businesses where Chrisco is suspected of spying.

Police are checking other sites.

Vail police arrested Chrisco June 23 while investigating an unrelated complaint, saying he resembled the man accused of hiding in a toilet at a Boulder yoga festival June 17. He faces charges of unlawful sexual contact and criminal invasion of privacy in that case.

Police say Chrisco was being transferred Monday from Vail to Boulder, where his bond was set at $250,000. It's unclear whether he has a lawyer.
