DENVER (AP) - A man accused of stabbing another man to death during a party in Arvada has been arrested.
Police say 51-year-old Abdu Latif Kazembe Abunantambu-El is being held in the Jefferson County Jail for investigation of first-degree murder.
Police spokeswoman Jill McGranahan says Abunantambu-El forced his way into a house party Friday night and stabbed 52-year-old Levi Johnson. The Denver Post reports Abunantambu-El had a relationship with the woman who lived in the apartment. Her identity has not been released.
McGranahan says the suspect allegedly stabbed Johnson in front of Johnson's wife, threatened her and assaulted the other woman.
