Man accused of destroying his neighbor's property over $80

An El Paso County man is behind bars---accused of taking a front-end loader to his neighbor's home, property, barn, four vehicles and a fence.

63 year old Jack Herbst was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of felony criminal mischief and booked into the El Paso County Jail.

Our media partners at The Gazette report the dispute was over just $80.
