Man accused of killing toddler will be in court tomorrow

Jonathan Howell will go before a judge Tuesday afternoon. He's accused of killing his girlfriend's two-year-old daughter. Colorado Springs Police arrested him Sunday.
Police have interviewed several people, including the mother. She does not face any charges at this time. At least one other child was in the home, and DHS is working with police. Other children are also involved in the investigation, according to Police Spokesperson Sgt. Steve Noblitt.
The El Paso County Coroner's autopsy report says "Isa" Romero died from being beaten in the stomach.
