Man accused of firing hunting rifle inside his home

A 50 year old Colorado Springs man is accused of firing a hunting rifle inside his home-- twice. One of the bullets travelled through David James' home and into his neighbors home in the 1200 block of N. Weber Street.
Police say his neighbor could have been seriously hurt and that James may have been drinking.
He was booked into CJC for felony Illegal discharge of a firearm, and two additional misdemeanor charges, Reckless endangerment and Prohibitive use of weapons.
