DENVER (AP) - A man accused of sexually assaulting two women and a 13-year-old girl after luring them into a luxury car has been released on $50,000 bail.

The Denver Post reports (http://bit.ly/Xo9P6B) that 47-year-old William Burton Costello was released after a Denver County judge lowered his bond from $150,000 over objections from prosecutors.

Authorities say Costello's DNA matched samples from three unsolved sexual assaults dating back to 2008. Costello's DNA was collected under the 2010 Katie's Law that calls for collecting DNA from all suspected felons at the time of arrest. He was accused of a felony stemming from an altercation in a grocery store parking lot in July.

Costello declined to comment when reached by The Associated Press Friday.

A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Jan. 30.
