BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - FBI agents across the country have been on alert for a man wanted in an apparent attempted bombing a Denver-area shopping mall. But it was a customer at a grocery store in Boulder who spotted 65-year-old Earl Albert Moore drinking coffee Tuesday morning.
A spokeswoman for King Soopers said a shopper saw Moore at a Starbucks inside one of their stores in Boulder. The shopper called 911 after alerting a store manager. A police officer also happened to be in the store at the time and began watching Moore, who was in the store for about an hour.
Moore left through a side door, possibly suspecting he was being watched. He was then arrested by officers.
