There is some good news in New Jersey for children who missed Halloween due to Superstorm Sandy- Governor Chris Chrisite kept his word about postponing it until today.
The governor said delaying trick or treating for five days was a common sense and necessary step.
He also stated that his priority was to protect the public due to on-going safety concerns from the intense flooding, fallen trees and downed power lines.
