Magazine arrives 20 years late

Erik Gooding is catching up on current events...more than 20 years after they were current.
Gooding recently received an October 10, 1988 issue of Time Magazine.
The post office delivered the magazine 22 years late.
It wasn't intended for Gooding.
The subscription was in the name of a previous homeowner who once lived at Gooding's current address.
Gooding says looking at this time is like looking back in time.
There's no word on where the issue has been, but it's not uncommon for pieces of mail to get stuck in machines or in mail bags.
The cover article is about America's re-entry into the space following the Space Shuttle Challenger explosion.
