LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) - The Loveland City Council is hoping a plan to allow public drinking on downtown streets will improve business.
The plan would only allow public drinking on certain days.
According to the Loveland Reporter-Herald, a year-old state law allows cities to designate entertainment districts where alcoholic drinks can be purchased at licensed establishments and carried publicly in limited areas.
