Local woman is the starter for this years Boston Marathon

The Boston Marathon is 114 years old, but this year Colorado Springs runner Lisa Rainsberger is there for a 25th anniversary.
25 years ago she won the race and since then no American has repeated. She calls the win a "part of her history."
She will pull the trigger on the start gun for the elite women's wave. Then she will join her husband and daughter with the rest of the runners for the second start.
25 years after her win the plan is enjoying the experience of running the Boston course with her family.
