Local home prices up slightly

Median home prices in Colorado Springs in February were down from a year ago, but only slightly according to Realtor.com.
The median home price was $221,738, down 1.45 percent from a year ago, but up 1.37 percent from January.
According to the report, 5,361 houses are on the market, up almost 10 percent compared with February of last year.
