If you are wondering what to do with any extra Halloween candy or you just want to give your family's teeth a break, you can sell it for a good cause.
Several area dentists are buying candy and sending it to soldiers for Halloween during the second annual Candy Buy-Back starting the day after Halloween.
Your child can get one dollar for every pound they bring in and the opportunity to share the surplus with soldiers away from home.
With help from Operation Gratitude, candy and toothbrushes will be sent to soldiers overseas and in VA Hospitals.
There are several dentists taking part in Operation Gratitude this Halloween. Log on to www.halloweencandybuyback.com to find the closest participating dentist to you.
