Lindsay Lohan heads to rehab

Lindsay Lohan is out of jail and headed to rehab.

Lohan was released from the Lynwood jail early Monday morning where she had been held since July 20 for a probation violation.

The actress reportedly dodged the media by leaving through of a side door to a waiting vehicle.

Now that she is out, she'll report to a court-mandated, 90-day alcohol-rehabilitation program.
