Colorado's senior citizens will soon be able to buy lifetime state parks passes. Gov. Bill Ritter signed legislation Wednesday that allows senior citizens to purchase lifetime passes to Colorado State Parks through a new Aspen Leaf Pass.
Sen. John Morse says the new law will help senior citizens on fixed incomes enjoy the outdoors.
The governor also signed a bill restricting the amount of interest charged on taxpayer refund loans.
