When you walk into one bank in Woodland Park, you'll see a little religion. A life-sized statue of Jesus is on display.
It's part of the rotating artwork the Park State Bank has had for quite awhile. President & CEO Tony Perry says he doesn't see the display as controversial, but he understands others might.
"We know that for some people in the community, they'll see it as something of faith. Some will see it as a piece of art. Some may take offense to it, and that's what this country is about," says Perry.
The statue is entitled "Love of Jesus." It will be on display at the Park State Bank until mid-January.
The artist is from South Park, Colorado. He used Colorado white marble to make the sculpture.
