Learn Native American beadworking from Apache descendant

Native American Beadworker Connie Garcia, a Jicarilla Apache descendant, will teach two classes on her craft Feb. 15 and 17 at the El Pueblo History Museum.

Participants will learn the traditional lazy stitch during the two-day workshop and complete their own rosette.

Registration is required at least three days in advance of each session by calling the museum at 719/583-0453.

The museum is located at 301 North Union, Pueblo.
