LEAP assistance still available for utility bills

If you're having trouble paying your utility bill, Colorado Springs Utilities is encouraging customers to apply for LEAP, the federally-funded Low Income Energy Assistance Program.

If you live by yourself, you're eligible to apply if your monthly gross income is $1670 or less. It rises to $2246 for households with two people, $3400 for a family of four.
